Hand Painted bear on a personally harvested and processed Bear Bread a.k.a. Artist’s Conk.
Each bear bread I use is hand picked on my adventures in the woods, and carried home where it is dried by the fire for close to a month. Once dried, I clean it as best I can, removing all debris possible. After cleaning, I am able to paint on it and then the art piece is sealed. Because it is naturally growing, every bear bread is unique in it’s shape and size, making every piece of art an original piece.
This is a free standing art piece meant for a shelf or table, not a wall.
