This handcrafted miniature Viking shield magnet features a divided muted red and blue design crossed by a metallic silver four-point motif. Distressed details throughout the painted surface give the shield an aged, weathered appearance, while the metallic rim, individually painted nail details, and raised center boss complete the miniature shield design.
Handcrafted Mini Viking Shield Magnet
Each miniature shield is constructed by hand from individually cut wood pieces layered at opposing angles for strength, then shaped and sanded before being individually painted and detailed. The raised center boss is also cut, finished, painted, and assembled by hand.
A magnet on the reverse turns the finished miniature into a unique piece of functional decor for a refrigerator, magnetic board, locker, or other magnetic surface.
Because these shields are built and painted individually rather than manufactured from a premade shield blank, each one has its own small variations and character.
